Company overview

E2E Cleaning Services is a locally‑owned commercial and post‑construction cleaning company serving Tampa Bay, Orlando and Southwest Florida. We provide comprehensive janitorial services, construction clean‑ups, high dusting, carpet care and specialty floor maintenance. We are growing and need a dedicated Field Supervisor to oversee projects and lead our crews to success.

Job summary

The Field Supervisor is responsible for managing cleaning projects from planning through completion. This is a supervisory role—you will not perform routine cleaning tasks. Instead, you will organize work, train and mentor staff, manage inventory and equipment, and ensure our jobs meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will also work closely with our office manager and operations team, serve as the primary contact for clients on‑site and maintain accurate reports and data. We provide a company vehicle and equipment; the role involves driving between projects and the warehouse.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Project management: Work with operations to develop a daily game plan, assign tasks based on crew strengths, and monitor multiple sites to ensure work is completed on schedule. Conduct on‑site inspections, complete quality‑assurance checklists and maintain daily activity logs. Lead weekly team meetings to review ongoing and upcoming projects, discuss personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and reinforce safe work practices. Coordinate with subcontractors and manage project information with the operations and office manager.
  • Team leadership & training: Supervise and mentor crews; ensure they follow company standards for appearance, punctuality and professionalism. Train team members on proper equipment use, cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Develop team leads as we grow and create daily task lists. Foster a respectful, positive work environment—customer service and mutual respect are mandatory. Provide feedback and coaching and help identify crew members’ strengths and weaknesses to support development and promotion. These supervisory responsibilities align with industry expectations that cleaning supervisors train staff and inspect work.
  • Inventory, equipment & fleet management: Manage inventory of supplies, cleaning agents and industrial cleaning machines. Pick up equipment and materials from the company warehouse and deliver them to job sites; tag and coordinate repairs when necessary. Ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use and conduct routine maintenance. Oversee company vehicles, perform regular vehicle inspections and ensure they are kept clean and fueled.
  • Client communication & reporting: Act as the on‑site contact for clients and their supervisors; relay project updates, document any issues, and resolve problems promptly. Prepare and submit reports on cleaning operations, safety, inventory and staff performance. Ensure daily inspection forms and time sheets are accurate and complete.
  • Safety & compliance: Enforce safety policies, PPE requirements and regulatory standards. Conduct weekly safety briefings to reduce the risk of injury. Ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals and compliance with OSHA standards. Remain on‑site until the last crew member has clocked out and the project has passed final quality assurance.
  • Interpersonal skills: Strong leadership, problem‑solving and customer‑service skills. Ability to motivate diverse teams and build positive relationships. Must be able to remain professional under pressure and prioritize safety and quality.

Qualifications

  • Age and eligibility: Must be 21 years or older for insurance purposes. Must be a U.S. resident or citizen and able to pass a background check.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial cleaning or a similar service‑based industry and at least 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience.
  • Technical skills: Working knowledge of industrial floor machines and carpet extractors; able to train staff in equipment operation and optimize cleaning processes for efficiency. We provide additional machine training to ensure you can educate team members effectively.
  • Licenses: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving within Tampa, Orlando and Fort Myers.
  • Language skills: Bilingual (English and Spanish) required to communicate with staff and clients.

Benefits

  • Company vehicle for work‑related travel.
  • Ongoing training on industrial cleaning equipment and leadership development.
Opportunities for advancement as we expand.
