Immediate Custodian Position Available!
We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Janitor and cleaner to become an integral part of our team at E2E Cleaning Services. As a custodian, you will be essential in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness throughout our facilities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Efficiently carrying out general maintenance duties
- Deep cleaning and upkeep of bathrooms, reception areas, dining spaces, classrooms, and offices
- Restocking bathroom and cleaning supplies as needed
- Conducting floor maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Keeping furniture, equipment, and interior windows clean
- Operating janitorial machinery
- Overseeing supply inventory
Qualifications:
- Skilled in using cleaning and janitorial equipment
- Excellent communication abilities
- Capable of lifting items up to 25 lbs
- Preferably one year of experience in cleaning and minor maintenance tasks
- Outstanding attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple tasks
Physical Requirements: The position involves regular communication, occasional sitting, standing, bending, and walking, and requires manual dexterity for typing and handling. The job is predominantly in an indoor office setting.
Position Details:
- Part-time role
- Starting hourly rate: $16.50
- Weekly hours: 12
- Location: Orlando, FL
- 2-hour shifts during the evening
- Workdays from Monday to Saturday
